Must be extremely well seasoned with digital video shooting and also must have exemplary SLED skills, professionally proficient with every type of ski/snowboard terrain and situations, back-country skills and accessibility, snow reading, physically fit, medical training and experience, relaxed personality yet extremely motivated (basically 100% dedicated to the mission and shots, but will not fly off the handle if something goes wrong; especially one who knows when to abort a mission no matter what).
